Lisa Di Joseph, LCPC, Director of Program Strategy

Lisa is the director at the CARE Center in McHenry County. Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Lisa approaches working with clients from an eclectic perspective while remaining grounded in client-centric care. She practices integrating tools and skills from several modalities including: DBT, CBT, Art therapy, Narrative Therapy, mind-body work, polyvagal theory, EMDR, and others. She builds relationships with clients based on what they are want and need from trauma-centered processing work.
Lisa finds joy in outdoor adventures by hiking, biking, camping, and jet skiing. She happily joins characters in adventure by reading Sci-Fi, fantasy, and motivational books. She is currently listening to the podcast: PodMeetsWorld.
